The combination of Catania figs, prosciutto, and goat cheese is such a revelation! Sweet, salty, and awe-mazing!

•  1 package of prosciutto

•  Goat cheese

•  3 tablespoons of honey (optional)

Directions:

1. Quarter the figs, but don't cut all the way through.

2. Fill the center of each fig with about 1/2 teaspoon of goat cheese.

3. Wrap each stuffed fig with a strip of prosciutto. Tuck underneath at the ends. Repeat until all figs are wrapped. (Secure with toothpicks if necessary.)

4. Place wrapped figs on prepared baking sheet, evenly spaced.

5. Warm them in a 350°F oven until the figs are heated through and the cheese has softened, 5 to 7 minutes.

6. You could also serve it as is without even warming it up in the oven. if desired.

7. Drizzle honey evenly over each fig, if desired.
